• Deliver high standards of personal care and ensure continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Identify and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores or falls promptly.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
