Job summary

Athena Care Homes are seeking a Care Assistant for Goodwins Hall Care Home in King's Lynn, England. You will support residents with personalised care plans and engage in meaningful activities on a rosta basis. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, resident-centred care across shifts.

Qualifications

• A passion for care – showing genuine concern for residents.
• Experience in a care position is desirable and supported qualifications will be offered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to residents while following care plans.
• Assist with meals and ensure suitable nutrition for residents.
• Participate in activities to promote person-centred care.
• Attend training and complete mandatory and development qualifications.
