Goodwins Hall Care Home, King's Lynn, is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver high-quality care to residents, support daily activities and follow personalised care plans. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will engage in meaningful activities and ongoing training to enhance skills and career progression.

Qualifications

• A passion for care and prioritising residents' needs.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care desirable with company support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care ensuring ongoing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care.
• Assist residents during meals with suitable options.
• Participate in activities to promote person-centred care.
• Attend and complete training and qualifications (mandatory and developmental).
