Job summary

Highwood Care Home, part of CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED, is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with daily living, follow care plans, and contribute to a safe, caring environment. Training and development are provided, with alternate weekend shifts.

We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers, with NVQ Level 2 desirable. Benefits include paid DBS pension, uniform supplied, and generous annual leave.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm, positive environment.
• Open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training and ongoing development.
• Note: role requires working alternate weekends.
