Job summary

Unique Senior Care is seeking carers to provide high-quality domiciliary care from Ettington lodge area, ensuring clients live independently with dignity and respect. You will work with a supportive on-site team to deliver person-centred care, with early and late shifts and alternate weekends. DBS check will be completed if appointed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential.
• Compassionate and caring nature with the ability to empathise.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Patient and calm demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, toileting and dressing.
• Provide medications as prescribed and manage records of care.
• Offer emotional and social support and engage clients in activities.
• Support meal preparation and monitor dietary needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with mobility as needed.
• Record daily activities and observations accurately.
