Job summary

Brookside Care Home in Melksham is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks, personal care, and companionship. You will join a small, compassionate team delivering dignified, person-centred care in a not-for-profit environment.

Shifts run 8am–8pm, three shifts per week with every other weekend. Pay rate is £13.67 per hour on weekdays and £14.07 per hour on weekends, with 36 hours weekly contracted.

• Experience in care settings preferred or willingness to learn on the job.

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care.
