The Best Connection is seeking experienced Care Workers to support clients in and around Cirencester. As an Agency Care Assistant, you will work across various care settings, covering staffing gaps for sickness and holidays.

Shifts are ad hoc, including days, nights and weekends. You will need to attend a Manual Handling Induction at the Melksham office to be successful in this role, with induction and refresher training provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced care workers required.
• Must attend Manual Handling Induction in Melksham office.

Responsabilités

• Deliver care and support services within health or social care settings.
• Provide one-to-one or group care with service users or other carers/health professionals.
• Follow on-site care and support plans for safety, communication and end-of-life instructions where relevant.
