Bluebird Care Calderdale and Bradford is hiring kind, reliable people to join our team as Care Assistants in Halifax and Brighouse. You’ll support customers in their own homes, helping with daily tasks and ensuring safety and independence.

No previous care experience is required; full training will be provided, and you’ll have access to ongoing support from a local team. A driving licence and car are essential.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and compassionate approach.
• Reliable and comfortable working independently.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers in their own homes to provide support based on individual needs.
• Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing.
• Support customers with medication as needed.
• Prepare meals and help with nutrition.
• Assist with light housework and keeping the home comfortable.
• Provide companionship and a friendly face.
• Support customers to maintain independence.
• Follow individual care plans and keep records.
