Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents at Willow Brook, Washington. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with a shift pattern between 7am and 10pm, including alternate weekends.

Salary is £26,227.50 per annum (pro rata) with a pro rata benefits package and career development opportunities. We value compassionate, patient-centered care and expect you to work closely with the team to maintain residents’ quality of life, safety, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused residential environment delivering personal care.
• Awareness of housing and Health and Safety legislation and regulation National Care Standards.
• Flexibility to work hours to meet customer and business needs, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents as per their support plans.
• Identify signs of distress and support residents to reduce distress.
• Maintain detailed care and medication records and support plans.
• Work with the team to deliver care safely within Riverside’s policies.
