Job summary

Care Outlook Community is hiring a Care Assistant in Reading to support vulnerable adults in their own homes within Conerstones, RG30. You will provide personal care, build relationships and help maintain independence with dignity.

No experience required; full training provided. Shifts include early, daytime, and evening slots; you can work 20+ hours per week on a flexible rota. DBS cost is covered, and a company mobile is issued.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Authorised to work in the UK - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing etc.).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.
