Job summary

Care Outlook Community in London is seeking a caring Healthcare Assistant to provide personal care and build relationships with clients in SE27. The role offers full and part-time hours, with shifts from early to late and weekend coverage.

Training is provided, with DBS cost covered and a free uniform supplied. The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, observe and log health-related information, and support clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
