Glenholme Senior Living is hiring a Care Assistant – Residential Care at Holdingham Grange, Sleaford, Lincolnshire. This full-time role provides 33 hours per week with 12-hour shifts and a 1-hour unpaid break.

You’ll be part of a team delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a residential setting. The role includes training and a benefits package, with DBS checks required and opportunities for growth within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting older adults to remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for during the day
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with personal care
• Assisting with mobility around the home
• Overseeing medication and monitoring health needs
• Supporting with meals, drinks, and nutrition
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Encouraging engagement in activities and daily routines
