Glenholme Healthcare Ltd is hiring a Night Care Assistant at Halmer Court, Spalding. The role covers 44 hours per week of night shifts, with full-time permanent status. Salary is £13.00 per hour plus paid training and a range of employee benefits.

You’ll provide companionship, assist with personal care, support mobility, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents during overnight hours. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance during the night.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support mobility where needed.
• Carry out regular safety checks and monitor residents’ wellbeing.
• Maintain a calm, comfortable environment.
• Assist with light housekeeping.
• Administer or support medication management where required.
