Qualifications

• Desirable: Health & Social Care qualification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow care plans and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe residents, document changes, and report as required.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration per care plan.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans and work with the team.
