Job summary

Scott Care Ltd is seeking Care Assistants to visit adults in their own homes across Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey. No previous care experience required as full induction and ongoing support are provided.

You will help with personal care, meals, mobility and companionship, while following individual care plans and keeping accurate records. Good communication, reliability and the ability to travel between homes are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required, full induction provided.
• Good communication and listening skills essential.
• Willingness to travel between clients’ homes and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Support with washing, dressing and personal care.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Support with medication in line with care plan.
• Encourage mobility and social activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments where needed.
• Provide companionship and reassurance.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes promptly.
• Undertake light household tasks related to care.
