Scott Care Ltd is seeking Care Assistants to visit adults in their own homes across Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey. No previous care experience required as full induction and ongoing support are provided.
You will help with personal care, meals, mobility and companionship, while following individual care plans and keeping accurate records. Good communication, reliability and the ability to travel between homes are essential.
Location: Swale – Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey
Pay: £12.81 per hour, enhanced bank-holiday pay and paid mileage

Scott Care Ltd is a local, family-run care provider established in 2004. We are growing our team of Care Assistants, also known as Care Workers or Support Workers, across Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey.
You will visit adults and older people in their own homes, helping them remain safe, independent and connected to their community. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential—we provide the induction, training and ongoing support you need.

Our care is provided throughout the day, including early mornings, daytime visits, evenings, bedtime calls and weekends.
We offer a range of regular working patterns, from a few part-time hours to full-time rounds, depending on current vacancies and your availability. We will agree your availability with you, and in return we ask you to be reliable and committed to that pattern so the people we support receive consistent care.
