Job summary

Scott Care Ltd in Sittingbourne is recruiting Care Assistants to visit adults in their homes, helping them stay safe, independent and connected. No prior care experience required; induction and training provided, with ongoing support.

You will assist with personal care, meals, medication prompting, mobility, social activities and companionship, plus keeping accurate care records and travelling between homes. A smartphone is required; driving may be needed for some rounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel between clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with washing, dressing and personal care.
• Prepare meals and support eating and drinking.
• Prompt or support with medication per care plan.
• Support mobility and social activities.
• Accompany to appointments as needed.
• Provide companionship and reassurance.
• Follow care plans and maintain records.
• Observe changes and report risks promptly.
• Undertake light household tasks related to care.
