Marton Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join the team at Botham Hall, Huddersfield. You will support residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing and mobility, while ensuring dignity and comfort.

Qualificações

• Able to provide daily living support with dignity and respect.
• Patient, kind and able to engage with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Support residents with washing, toileting, dressing and daily living.
• Assist with physical, emotional and spiritual care needs.
• Pay attention to residents with limited mobility or learning difficulties.
• Monitor residents who may be confused or have behavioral changes.
• Assist in continence promotion and end-of-life care support.
• Record daily care activities and update care plans per policy.
• Support residents in social activities and hobbies within the home.
• Answer nurse call system and provide timely assistance.
