Marton Care Homes’ Hillview Care Home in Rawtenstall is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join a compassionate team. You’ll support residents with daily living tasks, help with mobility, and participate in activities to enrich lives.

• Support Residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity.
• Assist Residents with care needs including mobility and continence.
• Monitor Residents and respond to nurse calls and requests.
• Record daily notes and participate in care planning.
• Support Residents in social activities and hobbies.
• Keep rooms tidy and assist with bedmaking and waste disposal per policy.
