Ray's Healthcare is seeking experienced care assistants to join a leading care provider in the Preston area. The role operates in a care home setting, with shifts including days and nights, and involves supporting adults with complex needs as part of a team.

You will help create a safe, engaging environment, contribute to care plans, and support residents with personal care and daily tasks. A minimum of 12 months UK care experience is required and driving licence is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 months working experience in UK care settings.
• Able to operate hoist and rotunda.
• Caring, compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent timekeeping and communication skills.

• Create a home environment that meets adults' needs and helps them develop their character.
• Provide a stimulating environment encouraging personal, educational and social development.
• Contribute to care plans and risk assessments.
• Support residents with personal care and manual handling.
