Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is hiring a Care Assistant at our luxury care and nursing home in Ascot. You will bring compassion to support residents with daily tasks, dignity and independence, and help create a home-like environment with activities and social engagement. No prior experience required—good communication and IT skills help.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a plus. We offer flexible hours (part-time and full-time) and opportunities for training and career development,

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required, but strong written and verbal communication is important.
• Some IT skills are beneficial for documentation and digital care plans.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and mobility.
• Support residents with daily activities and bespoke dementia care where needed.
• Help create a warm home-like environment and participate in residents’ activities.
• Develop and follow residents' Care Plans with awareness of specialist support needs.
