Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle at our luxury care and nursing home in Hertford is seeking caring individuals to join as Care Assistants. You’ll provide support with daily living activities, encourage residents to engage in activities, and help maintain comfort and dignity in a home-like setting.

No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn, strong communication, and IT basics are important; NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is a plus. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassion and good communication are essential.
• No prior experience required; NVQ2 is advantageous.
• Proactive, organised and trustworthy attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Support residents to feel at home and participate in activities.
• Develop and follow care plans with sensitivity to dementia needs.
