Qualifications

• Desirable: previous experience in a care home or Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and manage residents' behaviour and document/report changes per legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, assisting them to eat and drink per care plan.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, group or individual.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
