Job summary

Continuity of Care Services Limited is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant in Broadstairs, Kent to support a male client with a spinal injury at home and in the community. You will join a dedicated care team to deliver person-centred support and may cover additional shifts as needed.

The role includes companionship, personal care and practical tasks, with full training provided. A driving licence is essential, and flexibility is required to meet rota demands across day and night

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is beneficial.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK; we do not offer sponsorship.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• A caring, patient and genuinely compassionate person.

Responsibilities

• Complex Moving and handling.
• Accompanying on social events, shopping, rehabilitation facility etc.
• Basic household chores.
• Meal preparation.
• Personal care.
• Medication administration.
• Catheter care and bowel management; autonomic dysreflexia awareness is helpful but training will be provided.
