Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking Healthcare Assistants to support elderly residents with daily tasks and health needs. Earn extra income with flexible shifts across days, afternoons, and nights. DBS within 6 months or arranged, and up-to-date mandatory training are required.

Sponsorship is not offered, with ongoing hours and potential permanent roles for the right candidates. Pay rates range from £13.15 to £13.75 per hour, plus up to 28 days of paid holiday per year.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment.
• A DBS dated within the last 6 months, or facility to pay for one (£49.50).
• All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and certificates preferred or access to online training platforms.
• Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Attend to client’s mental and health needs in a calm, caring manner ensuring their dignity is always respected.
• General housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning client’s rooms and communal areas.
• Observe residents’ conditions and report accordingly using the company’s reporting systems.
• Comply with the home’s health and safety policy in a professional manner.
