Job summary

Curaa Group in Widford is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, support dignity, and help residents stay safe and independent in a warm home-like setting.

You will work as part of a friendly team, follow care plans, report changes, and engage relatives to improve residents' well-being. Previous care experience is welcome; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Deliver quality personal care to residents.
• Assist with daily activities including bathing, toileting, dressing.
• Support residents with mobility and activities while maintaining dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality personal care to residents.
• Help residents with daily activities such as bathing and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility to attend social activities and their rooms.
• Maintain hygiene by helping with continence care and changing pads.
• Keep bedrooms tidy and beds made; clean and maintain equipment.
• Follow care plans and move and handle safely to prevent injuries.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Develop relationships with relatives to support residents.
