Job summary

Willows Care Home in Romford is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and mobility. This hands-on role focuses on dignity, comfort and wellbeing, following care plans and updating records as needed.

The position offers daytime and night shifts on a 34.5-hour per week contract, with paid DBS, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks’ annual leave. Training and development are provided to help you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• As a Care Assistant you will provide person-centred care and support daily living tasks.
• You will follow care plans and observe changes in residents' conditions.
• You will contribute to safe and compassionate care within a team.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential, with a willingness to learn.
