Job summary

Willows Care Home in Romford is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing. You will follow care plans and monitor changes to ensure safe, responsive care.

We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care; full training and ongoing development are provided to support your journey. The role offers days and nights and a warm, supportive team environment where residents are valued.

Job description

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
