Willows Care Home in Romford is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, personal care and mobility. This hands-on role focuses on dignity, comfort and wellbeing, following care plans and updating records as needed.

The position offers daytime and night shifts on a 34.5-hour per week contract, with paid DBS, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks’ annual leave. Training and development are provided to help you grow in the role.

Willows Care Home is a friendly, modern nursing home in a residential area of Romford, providing person-centred nursing, dementia, palliative and short-term care. The home combines comprehensive facilities with a warm, homely atmosphere to ensure comfort, dignity and compassionate support for all residents.

Care Assistant Contract

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 34.5 hours per week - Days & Nights available
• Paid DBS pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
