Job summary

Care Outlook LTD is seeking a health care assistant to provide personal care and build relationships with clients in their own homes. Night shifts are available, and you can expect a supportive team environment in a role that offers meaningful, rewarding work.

The position includes a pay rate from £12.71 per hour, enhanced pay on Bank Holidays, and a range of benefits including a company issued mobile phone, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), DBS cost coverage, and a free uniform.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.
• Authorised to work in the UK – WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.
