Greensleeves Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents across our homes in England. You will help with daily living, preserve dignity, and promote independence in a respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding residents' needs
• Respect for confidentiality
• Desirable: QCF level 2 care diploma or equivalent
• Desirable: experience providing care

Responsibilities

• Provide support and care while safeguarding residents' independence, privacy, dignity and choice.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, washing and toilet use.
• Support mobility and use of aids and equipment.
• Assist with personal hygiene including incontinence.
• Uphold Greensleeves Care values of respect, openness and responsibility.
