Job summary

Springcare are seeking caring individuals to join our team in providing 24/7 homecare within our facilities. You will help residents with daily activities, support wellbeing and contribute to a warm, dignified home environment.

We offer permanent full and part-time contracts (day or night), access to a pension scheme, early pay options, training from level 2 to 5, and employee wellbeing support. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Must have two written references and a DBS check (where applicable).
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Helping residents with washing and dressing.
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes.
• Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs.
• General housekeeping of bedrooms and communal areas.
• Supporting residents’ physical and mental wellbeing through activities.
