Qualifications

• A desire to help people.
• People skills and excellent communication skills.
• Patience and the ability to keep calm and work well under pressure.
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device.

Responsibilities

• Helping with washing and dressing residents.
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes.
• Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs.
• General housekeeping in residents' private bedrooms and communal areas.
• Supporting residents’ physical and mental wellbeing through activities.
