Job summary

Head First recruits two dedicated Support Workers in Poole, Dorset to help a gentleman in his early 30s develop independence and confidence following a brain injury. You will provide person-centred support at home and in the community, under the Case Manager's guidance.

• Provide person-centred support and companionship in home and community.
• Assist with daily living routines and promote independence.
• Encourage community access, activities, and hobbies.
• Attend clinical appointments and advocate for health needs.
• Maintain regular communication with the Case Manager.
• Support rehabilitation programmes as they are introduced.
