Crystal Care is seeking Bank Care Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality care for residents in our care home in the United Kingdom. You will support residents with personal care, meals and meaningful activities, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

We offer flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights) and a comprehensive induction programme, paid breaks, a Blue Light Card and Enhanced DBS check, plus various staff perks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
• Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage and assist residents to participate in activities and hobbies that enhance their wellbeing.
• Monitor residents' physical and mental wellbeing, promptly reporting concerns and maintaining accurate care records.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times.
• Support residents to attend appointments and outings as required.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment, including light housekeeping duties.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, supportive and caring atmosphere in the home.
• Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and related legislation.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the General Manager.
