Waterside, a Waterside supported living service, is seeking an Assistant Support Worker in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. This part-time role (30 hours per week) offers person-centred support to five adults to help them live independently and achieve goals.

You will promote dignity and wellbeing, assisting with daily living tasks, and work with families and professionals to ensure a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.
• Ability to build positive relationships and promote independence.
