Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of company and commercial matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advise businesses and owners on day-to-day commercial and strategic matters.
• Support clients with corporate transactions, restructures and other significant business events.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice.
• Manage and develop existing client relationships.
• Work on matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• Identify opportunities to develop new and existing business.
• Contribute to the continued growth and profile of the commercial team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm.
