This is a unique opportunity to join a Legal 500, reputable West End firm in their specialist Company Commercial team.

This cutting-edge law firm is looking for a driven Company Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years PQE who can come in and hit the ground running. The Partners have a lot of work, and you will be working on mid to high-level transactions.

They offer remote/hybrid working to all staff across the firm.

The Firm

This leading firm has exciting growth plans over the next few years. Their current turnover is £15.5 million, with projected growth to 17 million next year. They are forecasting 10% growth year on year and are well placed to continue exceeding this.

They currently employ 120 staff, of which 85 are Solicitors and Partners. They promote organically and from within, with success stories including individuals who joined as trainees and became Directors within five years.

They are highly regarded for company commercial work across London, operating as a multi-service practice with a strong focus on company commercial matters. The Role

They are seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years PQE. The role involves collaboration across departments, with company commercial at the forefront. You will work alongside experienced Partners on cases including M&A, business restructuring, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, shareholders' agreements, commercial lending and security, contracts, terms and conditions, and partnerships.
