Paralegal in Luton is sought to join our expanding Company Commercial team, supporting two partners, three solicitors and one paralegal with due diligence requests, disclosure bundles and ancillary documentation.

The role requires meticulous document handling, legal research, drafting of reports on key terms and ensuring confidentiality across case files while assisting with acquisitions and disposals and other ad hoc duties.

Qualifikationen

• Paralegal experience in a Company Commercial department/practice area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assisting clients with responding to due diligence requests
• Drafting ancillary documentation
• Reviewing documentation to provide reports on key terms
• Organising, indexing and controlling large volumes of documentation
• Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of businesses for the Company Commercial team
• Conducting legal research and staying up to date with legislation
• Providing support to fee earners on general commercial law matters
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of data and documents
• Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by partners and staff
• Liaising with staff, fee earners, professionals and clients
• Supporting marketing events and training when required
