Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is recruiting compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in community settings. This role offers flexible, location-based opportunities with a focus on safe, engaging learning outside traditional classrooms.

You will build trust with vulnerable learners, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and regional teams to ensure consistency and safeguarding. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Willingness to support with personal care and manual handling.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
