Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join the Integrated Neighbourhood Team. The role delivers high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their homes, care homes and community clinics, alongside registered nurses and a multidisciplinary team.

You will support wound healing, monitor progress, assist with medication administration and clinical observations, and help patients manage long-term conditions while promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in wound healing and long-term condition care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently within competencies.

Responsibilities
