Job summary

Transform Lives Company in Knowsley is recruiting to deliver the GiveGetGo programme. You will provide welcoming, accessible and person-centred support to participants and partners.

You’ll work with LIVV Housing to improve wellbeing, confidence and progression into employment through group sessions, coaching and community activities, while reporting to the Compliance Manager.

This is a 35-hour-per-week role with a salary of up to £30,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering wellbeing-focused coaching or group work.
• Ability to work independently in community settings.
• Strong organisational skills and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group sessions and wellbeing workshops.
• Lead a weekly social group and support 30 participants per year.
• Provide 1-1 coaching and mentoring guided by participant priorities.
• Collaborate with LIVV Housing to generate referrals and monitor progress.
• Create personalised wellbeing action plans for participants.
