Job summary

Serco Limited in Ash Vale, Rushmoor area is seeking a HGV Refuse and Recycling Driver to join our local team. You’ll deliver a full waste and recycling service to residents and businesses, maintaining high standards and delivering excellent customer service on every round.

You’ll work with loaders, complete safety checks, and be the public face of Serco in the community. A valid Class 1 or 2 licence and CPC are required, along with physical fitness and a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence and CPC.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Dedicated, friendly and professional team player.
• Willing to go the extra mile to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-planned route with loaders, collecting waste and recycling from residential and commercial properties.
• Be the public face of Serco in the community.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and keep the truck clean and ready before starting the round.
