Qualifications
Experience working with young adults (16-20) beneficial but not essential.
Willing to learn and aligned with the service's values.
Confident in managing challenging behaviour respectfully.
Responsibilities
Support small groups of young adults in various community activities.
Help individuals build confidence and independence.
Encourage participation in enjoyable and comfortable activities.
Assist with changes in routine and new experiences.
Work part of a team and provide one-to-one support.
Build positive relationships and create a supportive environment.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to support planning.
