Job description

Leg Ulcer Team North is pleased to offer the exciting opportunity of a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker. The Team is based at Royal Leamington Spa Rehabilitation and covers both Clinics across South Warwickshire and home visits across. The service currently runs Mon - Fri 8:30 - 16:30hrs.

We are looking to recruit a competent and well organised individual, with a particular interest in wound care. The role requires management of patients affected by Leg ulcers, and the post holder will assist and help deliver a plan of care to meet the individual's needs with emphasis being placed on self-care., The Band 3 Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction but not direct supervision of the registered staff and working as part of the multidisciplinary team.

As a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare, supporting the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate patient care. This job description is to be read in conjunction with the person specification for this particular job.

The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills. The post is a community post and the ability to meet the travel requirements of the role is essential
