Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in Warrington is seeking a Band 3 Community Support Worker to join the Specialist Community Forensic Team. You will work across Cheshire and Merseyside, delivering direct care and observation under supervision to people with learning disabilities or autism who offend, and engage with partner agencies to manage risk and promote safe outcomes.

The role requires communication, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Essential: Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Carry out assigned duties with direct care and observation under supervision.
• Report observations to qualified staff, noting mental state and risk factors.
• Work with service users individually and in groups per care plan.
