Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, Forensic Autism Service, is seeking a Band 7 Lead Practitioner to provide expert clinical leadership for autistic adults over 16 with forensic risk. You will lead interventions, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multiple agencies across Lancashire & South Cumbria.

The role involves managing a caseload, delivering evidence-based practice, and contributing to care processes and pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical teams and providing expert interventions.
• Proven ability to manage complex risk in autistic adults over 16.
• Strong collaboration with multiple agencies and service providers.
