Job summary

Sirona care & health in England is recruiting an Assistant Practitioner to join a multi-disciplinary team. You will assess and treat patients on the caseload under guidance, maintain accurate electronic records and help manage care plans.

The role covers 8am–8pm on a 7-day rota, requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. You will benefit from Agenda for Change NHS pay, generous annual leave and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment to patients on the caseload under guidance of the wider team.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records.
• Manage a patient care plan within your scope of practice with team support.
• Provide clinical assistance to other members of the clinical team.
• Support the organisation and facilitation of holistic and proactive clinical care.
