Job summary

ND Care & Support Ltd is seeking compassionate staff to support children and young people with additional needs in their homes and the community. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and fostering independence and social development.

Evening and every‑other‑weekend shifts (minimum 25 hours) are available. Roles require a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and specialist training is provided, including Paediatric First Aid and Positive Behaviour Support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work evenings and every other weekend (minimum of 25 hours a week).
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and personal care is desirable.
• Passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
