Job summary

ND Care & Support Ltd in Caerphilly is seeking compassionate Driver and Walker roles to support adults at home and in the community. Roles require a driving licence, access to a vehicle and the ability to work a minimum of 25 hours across four days, with every other weekend.

You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, medication support, and social activities, while promoting independence and wellbeing.
